What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from current policyholders with questions or service requests
- Process policy updates and account changes efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
- Assist with saving cancel requests by providing tailored solutions
- Set up and manage autopay and billing-related requests
- Accurately enter and track all inbound leads and customer interactions
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining high-quality documentation
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure full resolution
What We’re Looking For
✅ Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
✅ Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
✅ Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality service

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
