What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely guide traffic through active work zones using flags, signs, and clear hand signals
- Communicate lane closures, detours, and route changes to drivers
- Set up and take down cones, signs, barricades, and flagging stations
- Stay alert and identify potential safety risks before they become problems
- Coordinate with other flaggers and crew members to keep traffic flowing smoothly
- Follow traffic control standards and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with basic site setup, maintenance, and cleanup
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in traffic control or flagging is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Comfortable lifting and moving equipment
- Clear communication and a team‑first attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
Pay & Growth

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
