Job Description
The Packaging Technician performs basic packaging, labeling, and inspection of products in a controlled, GMPregulated environment. This role follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure products are accurately packaged, labeled, and documented while maintaining a clean and compliant work area.
Responsibilities
- Package and label products according to written instructions and established procedures.
- Perform basic product inspection to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and all applicable safety requirements at all times.
- Complete simple documentation and inprocess checks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interpret 2D diagrams and batch paperwork to ensure proper assembly of clinical supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and support room changeovers as needed.

Work Environment
This role is based in a controlled, GMPregulated facility that includes primary, secondary, refrigerated (2 to 8°C), and freezer (-20°C) work areas. Up to 80% of the workday may be spent in cold environments, including extended periods in freezers, so comfort working in fridge and freezer conditions is essential. The position operates on structured shifts: second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., and third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. Work may involve the use of specialized equipment such as PAPR systems in cold environments, with additional hourly pay differentials for time spent in refrigerator and freezer areas. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to cGMP and safety procedures, creating a highly regulated and processdriven workplace.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
