Welder – York, PA
Pay: $25–$32/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift + Overtime Available
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Shop and Field Welders to support the fabrication and installation of miscellaneous metals and structural steel. This role offers a mix of shop and local field work with home-daily assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG and Stick welding in vertical, overhead, and out-of-position applications
- Fabricate and install railings, stairs, ladders, ramps, platforms, and structural steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Take field measurements and assist with layout and installation work
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of MIG and Stick welding experience required
- Experience with miscellaneous metals and structural steel preferred
- Ability to weld independently with minimal supervision
- Entry-level welders with co-op or hands-on training will be considered
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
