Join a growing manufacturing team and help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently through electrical and mechanical maintenance.
š Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
ā Overtime every other Saturday (typically 8 hours or less)
ā What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
- Maintain conveyors, motors, and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues involving contactors, relays, VFDs, and 3-phase systems
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Assist with PLC and control-related troubleshooting
- Support safe and efficient plant operations
šÆ What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Technical degree or trade school training preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
