Job Description
This role focuses on assembling, trimming, testing, and inspecting molded tanks to meet precise manufacturing specifications. You use a variety of hand and power tools, follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings, and support multiple stages of the production process in a clean manufacturing environment. Initial training takes place on 1st shift, with opportunities to move to 2nd or 3rd shift after training and progress through a structured pay progression.
Responsibilities
- Test all tanks coming from the molding operation to ensure they meet required performance and quality standards.
- Trim all tanks after the molding operation, following work instructions and specifications.
- Assemble all required tank products using work instructions, work orders, sketches, engineering drawings, and other documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials and components for compliance with manufacturing specifications before and during assembly.
- Use various hand tools and power tools, including screwdrivers, electric drills, torches, taps, and glues, to assemble and handle tanks and components safely and accurately.
- Perform final inspection of assemblies and finished products to confirm they meet all quality and specification requirements.
- Support other assembly-related functions such as washing, testing, rotomold operations, and repairing tanks and components as needed.
- Utilize the company-wide computer system to check stock levels, access engineering drawings, review work order status, and complete other job-related manufacturing transactions.
- Follow documented procedures and quality standards associated with an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment.
- Work overtime when required to meet production goals and customer demand.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
This position is based in a clean manufacturing environment focused on advanced fluid conditioning and filtration solutions. The role involves regular use of hand tools, power tools, torches, taps, glues, and interaction with rotomolding and injection molding equipment, as well as routine use of computer systems for production-related tasks. Attire is typical for a manufacturing setting, with appropriate work clothing and safety gear aligned to plant safety and cleanliness standards.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
