Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on commercial construction projects ranging from $5 to $15 million in size, including healthcare, sr living, and higher education facilities. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation.
• Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project progression and compliance.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Proficiency in project management and coordination.
• Experience with projects ranging from $5 to $15 million.
• Familiarity with healthcare, retirement community/homes/ living, and higher education construction projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Procore software is a plus.
• Strong skills in design, estimation, and project scheduling.
• Aspiration to grow from Project Engineer to Project Manager.

Work Environment
