Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Analyst with five years of related procurement experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in software/cloud services and strategic sourcing, with stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI is a plus. This role supports the end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing lifecycle for IT-related categories, managing a pipeline of sourcing engagements focused on technology vendors and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing engagements from intake through contract execution.
- Build and issue RFx documents (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
- Conduct competitive bidding events and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and drive procurement strategy.
- Support Category Leads on complex sourcing projects and enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendor management, legal, and third-party risk teams.
- Utilize procurement systems, preferably Oracle, to track sourcing activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within sourcing and procurement workflows.
Essential Skills
- Procurement and IT procurement expertise.
- Strategic sourcing capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SaaS.
- Experience in technology sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Five years of related procurement experience in sourcing/negotiating SaaS deals.
- Knowledge of software/cloud services.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement/ERP Systems.
- Supplier relationship management.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Experience working with large enterprise procurement environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Work Environment
The role operates in a cross-functional environment, interacting with procurement, finance, IT, and vendor management teams. The position is based in an office or hybrid corporate setting, following a standard business schedule from Monday to Friday, approximately 8 am to 5 pm. The environment is collaborative and process-driven, fostering teamwork across various departments. During the contract period, employees receive 5 days of PTO after 30 days, along with 6 paid holidays. Once permanent, employees are eligible for performance and partnership bonuses, with potential base bonuses and multipliers. Additional benefits include a flex fund, 401k contributions, and HSA contributions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
