High Reach Forklift Operator – $20/Hour – 2nd Shift & Weekend Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and distribute building materials within a fast-paced distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach truck, order picker, pallet jack, etc.) to move materials
- Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the facility
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Store products in designated locations (racks, shelves, bins)
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and annual inventory
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience operating high reach forklifts or reach trucks required
- Prior warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience
- Experience with order picking, loading, and unloading
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Electric pallet jack experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
