Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential.
- Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services
- Prepare bids, weekly reports and asset in coaching Sales Reps on cold calling new and existing customers.
- Manage customer escalations as appropriate.
- Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows.
- Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service
- Prospect and explore market opportunities
- Build relationships and resolve challenges with current customers.
- Develop relationships with coworkers, strategic planning, and account management.
- Salary is base + bonus
- 3 years of management experience in an outside sales environment
- Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 5 years outside business-to-business contract sales with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent time & territory management skills.
- Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.
- Local territory. No regular overnight travel.
- Comprehensive training.
