Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Multifamily Residential projects. The ideal candidate must be licensed/registered with a robust experience in architecture and project management, possessing 7-10+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multifamily residential projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate project design and implementation using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with a team of architects and urban planners to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Partner with the urban design studio to explore and learn new aspects of the business.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 7-8+ years of experience in architecture and project management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Experience in multifamily residential architecture.
- Licensed/Registered as an architect.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with core and shell as well as interior projects.
- Capability to work on both ground-up and renovation projects.
- Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles such as project architect and project manager.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORRISTOWN, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.08 - $52.88/hr.
