Desktop Support Analyst (2nd Shift)
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Work Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in King of Prussia, PA.
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Philadelphia PA, at their Main Site.
Work Arrangement: On-site

Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 technical support who enjoy helping end users, solving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates effectively with users at all levels, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Technical aptitude is important, but strong customer service and professionalism are equally critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and in person.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing support requests through resolution.
- Accurately document incidents, requests, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Evaluate issues and determine appropriate support levels and escalation paths.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Track and follow up on support requests to ensure timely completion.
- Support Windows-based environments, end-user devices, and mobile technologies.
- Maintain knowledge of supported applications, hardware platforms, and operating systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or technical support.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve issues independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly visible, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 environments.
- Experience with deskside support and endpoint troubleshooting.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
