Job Title: Commercial Contraction Superintendent


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join a prominent commercial general contractor with a national presence. The ideal candidate will support a range of projects, bringing expertise in commercial construction to ensure successful completion.


Responsibilities

  • Support projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million.
  • Coordinate schedules with Project Managers and Subcontractors.
  • Manage construction budgets, track project costs, and submit all invoices.
  • Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Essential Skills

  • Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Expertise in both interior renovations and base build construction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to handle project sizes ranging from $2 million to $50 million.

Work Environment

This role involves working on commercial construction jobsites throughout the DMV area. There is an urgent need for a PNC ground-up project in Sterling, VA valued at $2.5 million. The company is employee-owned and headquartered in Pittsburgh, with four other offices. They prioritize fostering a strong company culture with multiple team events throughout the year.
