Entry-Level Flagger Opportunity (no experience needed)

Aerotek is hiring Entry-Level Traffic Controllers (Flaggers) to support roadway and utility crews across Allentown/Reading. No experience needed, just reliability and a willingness to work outdoors!
Job Highlights:
- Pay: Start at $16/hr, raise to $18/hr after 6 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6AM–4PM
- Start Date: Within 1 week of applying!
Responsibilities:
- Safely direct traffic around construction zones
- Set up and manage traffic control signage
- Support crews with utility locating and equipment operations
- Ensure safety compliance and clear communication on site
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong English communication skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
