Clean Room Assembler
Job Description
This entry-level clean room assembler role supports pharmaceutical production by performing basic assembly and packaging tasks in a highly controlled cleanroom environment. You will follow written work instructions, handle materials safely, and help ensure that medical products meet strict quality and cleanliness standards while working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities
- Read and follow detailed work instructions to complete assigned assembly and packaging tasks accurately and consistently.
- Feed materials and components into the assembly line in the correct sequence and quantity.
- Assemble and pack boxes with tubing, bottles, cartridges, and related components according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and compliant workspace within the pharmaceutical cleanroom environment.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and follow all cleanroom protocols and restrictions.
- Stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts while performing repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.
- Handle materials and small components with care, using proper manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- No prior experience required; open to entry-level candidates.
- Reliability and punctuality for 12-hour day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Work Environment
You will work in a pharmaceutical cleanroom that requires strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards at all times. Shifts follow a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts: day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and night shifts run from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with pay covering all 12 hours. The cleanroom environment prohibits food, drinks, makeup, perfume or cologne, fake nails, earrings or piercings, and pants that touch the ground to maintain product integrity and safety. You must wear full personal protective equipment, including a gown, hair or beard net, surgical mask, gloves, and shoe covers for the duration of your shift. The setting is highly controlled, organized, and focused on maintaining a sterile environment suitable for pharmaceutical production.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saxonburg, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
