Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Pay up to $50/hr Per diem splits for eligible candidates
Located: Washington, PA

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team at Washington County Airport. The position involves handling aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and AOG situations, primarily supporting Learjet aircraft as a Part 135 operator.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on aircraft.
- Respond to AOG situations promptly and effectively.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of corporate aircraft, including Learjet, Falcon, Gulfstream, HondaJet, and others.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Part 135 and Part 145 regulations.
Essential Skills
- Active A&P License.
- 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience with corporate/business jet maintenance.
- Familiarity with Part 135 and/or Part 145 operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing repairs and maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Learjet maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience on Falcon, Gulfstream, HondaJet, Hawker, Cessna Citation, Challenger, Legacy, or similar aircraft.
- Military fixed-wing experience with an A&P License is advantageous.
- Must own personal tools.
- Willingness to work overtime and provide AOG support as needed.
