Actalent is partnering with an industry‑leading technology organization to hire a skilled Electronics Repair Technician to support advanced wireless communication equipment. This is a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering long‑term stability, hands‑on technical work, and growth within a cutting‑edge repair environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electronics Repair Technician, you’ll play a key role in restoring and validating critical telecom hardware, including remote radio heads and baseband units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, modify, and replace components on electronic circuit boards using precision soldering equipment
- Diagnose and validate failures using automated diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Disassemble units, identify defective components, and perform component‑level PCB repairs
- Reassemble and test units to ensure full functionality and quality standards
- Troubleshoot complex electronic issues down to the component level
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and cleanliness standards in the repair area
- Train and support other technicians on repair processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Electronics certification or equivalent technical training
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
- Hands‑on PCB repair and soldering experience
- Proficiency using a multimeter
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic components at the board and component level
Preferred Experience:
- IPC certification
- Experience with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Understanding of RF signals and 4G/5G technologies
- Prior experience repairing Ericsson telecom equipment

Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
