Assembly Technician — $17–$20/hr
Location: Williamsport, PA
Schedule: First Shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) + Overtime Opportunities
Pay: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
About the Role
We are hiring an Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team that builds industrial‑sized ovens. This is a hands‑on position working with metal components, insulation materials, and power tools on a fast‑paced production line. If you enjoy building, problem‑solving, and working with your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, expanding facility.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble oven components according to specifications and quality standards
- Work with metal parts, including aluminum, to build custom orders
- Install insulation and ensure proper fit and alignment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Take accurate measurements using tape measures and other tools
- Follow blueprints or drawings when provided
- Perform basic computer navigation for production tasks
- Collaborate with a team of ~30 people in a high‑volume environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assembly work or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting
- Comfortable working with metal components
- Team‑oriented mindset
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $12.50 - $12.50/hr.
