Assembler - 1st Shift
Location: Thomasville, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (frequent overtime until 5:00 PM and occasional Saturday overtime)

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Assemblers to join a clean, modern manufacturing facility building HVAC units for commercial buses. This position involves mechanical assembly work on a production line using hand and power tools while working as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC units on a production line according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production documents
- Measure and verify parts using tape measures and basic measuring tools
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience
- Previous assembly line experience required
- Strong experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Experience working with mechanical components and assemblies
- Basic measuring and layout skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $40000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
