  3. 2-3 years Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11


Description:

Our client is looking for a Helpdesk that will provide phone support. They will be receiving 15-30 calls daily. This includes but is not limited to handling fixes over the phone, remote into machines, troubleshooting software, password resets, etc.. Looking for somebody that is eager to learn and grow and be apart of a collaborative team. They will be using a formalized ticketing systems as well.
