GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR WITHIN IT! Our customer is hiring several candidates to provide temporary IT Help Desk support for a 3 month contract with possibility for extension. This will be 100% on-site, M-F, standard hours. This person will see a wide variety of issues each day and should know basics like Windows 10, basic networking, troubleshooting a laptop or printer, troubleshooting browser issues, performing password resets etc. The ideal candidate also is comfortable on the phone and has strong customer service skills.
