- 10+ years of experience in environmental remediation, civil construction, or related work
- Proven ability to estimate, manage, and deliver complex field projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfields, etc.)
- Experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or similar) and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills — both technical writing and client-facing
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
What Sets You Apart
- Deep experience with earthwork, excavation, dewatering, utilities, demolition, and remediation systems
- Background in geotechnical or environmental engineering
- Ability to develop technical approaches and value engineering solutions
- Strong network and interest in business development and client growth
- Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
Why Join Us
