About the role:

As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform non-production equipment related minor maintenance tasks.

You will report to the Maintenance Team Manager and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor maintenance tasks such as:

Plumbing maintenance, including drain cleaning

Low voltage electrical repair, e.g.: bulb replacements

Repair door locks and door closers

Flooring repairs

Painting

Ceiling tile replacement

Be the confined space attendant and perform fire watch responsibilities
Material moves / deliveries
General maintenance related housekeeping activities
Other facility support tasks assigned, including visitor escorting

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Management

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly pay range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $27.55 per hour.
