About the role:
As Team Manager of Product / MRO Storeroom and Warehousing, you will ensure the availability, timeliness, and quality of resources. These resources, including direct and indirect material, will support the efficient production of high-quality commercial nuclear products. The products must meet stringent customer requirements on product quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Develop and implement ways to improve the use of workforce, equipment, inventory and material storage and delivery.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Production Planning, Inventory, and Component Manufacturing and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Product / MRO Storeroom and Warehousing team, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
- Develop and implement processes to improve storeroom and warehousing operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams, including procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Analyze on measurements such as inventory accuracy, stockroom efficiency, and shipping/receiving metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend pay increases, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
- Interview job candidates and make hiring decisions to fill any open positions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of experience in a storeroom, warehousing, or logistics management role, with a focus on product/MRO materials.
- Experience improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, warehousing best practices, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Certification in a relevant field, such as APICS or Warehousing/Inventory Management.
