Hiring 12 Mixing Operators:
You will be supporting production of high-quality supplements and nutritional products.This role is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strictquality and safety standards. We arelooking for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and bring a high level of integrity to their work.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift Differential: $2.25/hour
Day Shift (Training)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekend Shift (Starting July 12th)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Hours Options:
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and weigh raw materials accurately
Perform mixing operations for supplement and pill production
Calculate yields and ensure correct batch quantities
Perform unit conversions (e.g., kilograms to grams, grams to kilograms)
Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain cleanliness and proper use of PPE (mask, protective gear, etc.)
Work both independently and as part of a team
Ensure product quality through attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills (including conversions and measurements)
Experience with precise measurements (millimeters, weights, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working in PPE, including masks
Ability to follow directions and be coached
High level of integrity and honesty is required

Level 2 → Level 3: +$2.50/hour increase
