Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for troubleshooting and repairing equipment? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established local company on 3rd shift. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and production systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Repair and maintain facility systems, including plumbing and refrigeration equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams
- Inspect, measure, and adjust machinery using precision testing equipment
- Remove and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and lifting equipment
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support repairs and equipment improvements
- Maintain a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months to 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and mechanical drives
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of North Sioux City, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
