Job Title: Lead Low Voltage Installer


Job Description

We are seeking skilled technicians to efficiently run cable in a bustling industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large commercial or new manufacturing plant settings, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively leading a helper. The position requires a dependable individual who consistently shows up and stays on task, validated by managerial references. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-demand environment with excellent bill rates and to join a reputable company expanding its low voltage self-perform group.


Responsibilities

  • Run cables in congested industrial environments.
  • Lead and manage a helper effectively to complete tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain dependability and punctuality, validated through managerial references.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in low voltage installation.
  • Ability to make up cable ends.
  • Certification and experience operating Scissor/Boom Lift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must possess OSHA 10 certification.
  • Lift Certification is required before going on site.
  • Must have personal tools, while major tools will be provided.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a large, congested manufacturing facility with a strong emphasis on safety. The standard work hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential night and weekend shifts if needed. Employees are entitled to mandatory breaks at 9:15 AM, 11:00 AM, and 3:30 PM, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Additional time off requires notification to the onsite manager and representative.
