Industrial Maintenance Technician – Clarksville ($29/hr) Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs equipment and building systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
- Inspect equipment to identify issues and replace defective parts
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and control systems
- Perform electrical work, including 3-phase and AC/DC systems
- Repair conveyors and material handling equipment
- Complete basic welding and plumbing tasks as needed
- Document maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and improve processes
- Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Solid math and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems
- Conveyor system maintenance experience
- HVAC maintenance experience preferred
- Welding and basic plumbing skills
- Manufacturing maintenance experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.89 - $28.89/hr.
