Job Description
This role involves working in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment to pick orders, prepare shipments, and assemble wheelchairs using hand and power tools. You will handle materials, inspect and test finished products, and follow detailed work orders to ensure high-quality output and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately in the warehouse and stage them for shipment.
- Prepare and package shipments according to work orders and company standards.
- Lift and move materials and products weighing up to and over 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Assemble wheelchairs using hand tools and power tools while following detailed instructions and work orders.
- Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and track parts and finished goods.
- Perform kitting of parts by gathering and organizing components needed for production and assembly.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions to complete assembly and production tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse and production floor.
- Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures and report any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
