Are you a skilled Finish Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and help bring commercial office spaces to life. If you have a strong framing, drywall, doors, and finish work, and enjoy working independently while producing top-quality results, we want to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on well-organized commercial construction projects in climate-controlled office environments where craftsmanship, safety, and attention to detail are valued. You will need your own tools and tool belt.
What You'll Do
✅ Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
✅ Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware
✅ Perform metal stud framing for office and interior build-outs
✅ Hang drywall on walls and ceilings to project specifications
✅ Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall for paint-ready surfaces
✅ Complete projects independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
✅ Collaborate with project teams and other trades when needed
✅ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
✅ Safely operate hand and power tools used in commercial carpentry
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with metal stud framing
- Commercial door and hardware installation experience
- Drywall hanging and finishing expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Commitment to job-site safety

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
