About the Role:
As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst for the Memphis Investment Sales Team (Industrial, Office, and Retail) and Memphis Multifamily team, you will assist in the preparation of Brokers Opinion of Values, Marketing Proposals, and Offering Memorandums; coordinate due diligence and closing of transactions; prospect for new and expanded business opportunities; complete market research; and lead the integration of AI into team tasks.

What You'll Do:
- Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Underwrite industrial, office, retail, and multifamily properties using Argus and Excel.
- Assist in drafting Brokers Opinions of Value, Marketing Proposals, and Offering Memorandums.
- Assist in coordination of due diligence and closing of transactions.
- Lead implementation of AI tools to maximize efficiencies and enhance prospecting opportunities.
- Coordinate with CBRE Research to compile and maintain sale comparable databases.
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
- Assist in drafting newsletters and LinkedIn posts to promote team and educate clients on market conditions.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Proficiency with Argus software strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with financial modeling in Excel strongly preferred.
- Intermediate fluency with AI tools strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating proactively and independently within a team environment.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
