As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the company's application and hiring process. You will assist with new-hire paperwork and manage multiple applicants simultaneously. Additionally, you may help facilitate the fingerprinting process and ensure the smooth handling of documentation, filing, and storage of paperwork and applications.

- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for applicants.
- Proficiency in onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in data entry and administrative support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- HR administration and recruitment support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
You will work within an office environment as part of a team of about 10 other Onboarding Assistants. The role involves direct interaction with applicants on the floor, providing them with a great experience during the application process.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
