Why Work Here?
Employees benefit from a laid-back, low-pressure environment where no two days feel the same and production quotas do not drive the workday. Once hired permanently, team members become eligible for a 401(k) with profit sharing, where employee contributions can be significantly enhanced by company matching, as well as medical insurance and paid holidays and PTO that increase with tenure. The small crew structure offers variety, hands-on learning with different equipment and tasks, and opportunities to grow into operating company vehicles and traveling to additional sites in the region.
