Job Description

We are seeking skilled Technical Sourcers to join our dynamic team, focusing on sourcing top-of-the-funnel passive candidates for software development engineer and general tech roles. The role involves market intelligence and requires the ability to transition candidates to team members for closing. Team profiles will rotate every quarter, covering roles such as software development engineers and technical project managers.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates for software development engineer and tech roles.
• Conduct market intelligence research to identify potential candidates.
• Screen candidates to assess their suitability for various technical roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transition of candidates.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS or CRM systems.
• Strong skills in candidate screening and technical sourcing.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Nashville. Candidates should be comfortable with either paying for parking or using public transportation.
