Job Description

We are seeking skilled sourcing recruiters to join our team, focusing on supporting SDE and general tech roles. This position requires expertise in top-of-funnel recruitment processes, specifically identifying and engaging passive candidates. The selected recruiter will collaborate closely with team members to ensure successful candidate placement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence research and gather insights to support recruitment strategies.
• Focus on sourcing passive candidates for various technical roles, including SDE and tech PM positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms for candidate identification.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to transition candidates through the recruitment process.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.
• Strong technical sourcing capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in Nashville. Candidates must be comfortable with either paying for parking or utilizing public transportation.
