Our client is growing their Transportation Services Team rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation network. As the team continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, they consistently evaluate their current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this

role, you will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
• Identify transportation defect root causes
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
• Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with in-office work required on Mondays and Tuesdays, and remote work on Wednesdays through Fridays. Starting March 2025, the role will transition to a 100% in-office position.
