We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join various departments within our plant. You will be responsible for working in your assigned department, ensuring production goals set by supervisors are met. Your duties may include machine operation, visual quality inspection, assembly, and packing products for shipment. You will receive cross-training across different departments.
Responsibilities- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Assemble products as required.
- Package products for shipment.
- Maintain production goals set by supervisors.
- General production and labor skills.
- Experience with assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in machine operation and packaging.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Work EnvironmentThe position is within an automotive glass manufacturing facility operating under a union environment (UAW). All openings are on the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility with the work schedule is required as shifts may change. Departments operate on various shift patterns, including 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, and 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3-3 schedule.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.14 - $19.14/hr.
