Service HVAC Manager


Job Description

The Service HVAC Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians. The Service HVAC Manager will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of construction projects.
  • Interpret and work from design plans to ensure accurate implementation of HVAC solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for HVAC installation.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment status.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably as an HVAC Manager/Foreman.
  • In-depth understanding of local and national HVAC codes and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as required.
  • Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage a diverse team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid State/Country HVAC license or Certification.
  • EPA Universal.
  • EPA Refrigeration License.

Work Environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed), 7:30am - 4:30pm (Could stay late as needed for service calls).

Compensation:$45
