Phlebotomist – Burnet, TX
Are you an experienced phlebotomist looking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Burnet, Texas!
Position: Outpatient Phlebotomist
Location: Burnet, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient blood draws in a high-volume outpatient setting
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the phlebotomy process
- Maintain specimen integrity and proper labeling
- Utilize Athena EMR system for patient documentation (experience preferred)
- Follow strict protocols for infection control and workplace safety
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, 4+ years preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and patient interaction
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred but not required
Compensation:$21.8
