Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist


Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing an internal audit schedule, leading audit activities, and supporting departments in understanding discrepancies. You will hold departments accountable to corrective action plans, manage document control, and maintain quality management processes in line with IATF requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage an internal audit schedule.
  • Lead audit activities and ensure compliance.
  • Support departments in understanding and addressing discrepancies.
  • Hold departments accountable for implementing corrective action plans.
  • Manage document control processes.
  • Maintain quality management processes and adhere to IATF requirements.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of quality experience.
  • IATF certification.
  • Experience with document control and audit processes.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing corrective action plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in implementing IATF standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IATF manual.
  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience supervising quality engineers.
  • Experience in a cross-cultural working environment.

Work Environment

You will be working in a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with a gym, locker rooms, showers, and a full cafeteria with a chef who changes meals daily. The facility is air-conditioned and features robotics on the floor. Employees are provided with uniforms after 90 days and are required to wear long sleeve shirts and pants, no jeans allowed.
