Description
Project Manager responsible for leading large-scale wired and wireless network refresh initiatives across Dallas ISD schools (must be local to Dallas). This role owns full lifecycle project execution and operates as the central “quarterback” across multiple concurrent deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing 20–25 school refreshes per deployment cycle
Coordinating contractors, engineers, and vendors during active deployments
Building and maintaining project schedules and timelines
Overseeing inventory management, equipment staging, and logistics
Conducting site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
Reviewing drawings, submittals, and cutover plans
Managing project documentation, closeout, and payment processes
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, onsite-focused PM with experience leading large-scale, multi-site infrastructure deployments, and the ability to operate independently while driving accountability and execution across all stakeholders.
