Job Title: Labor and Compliance Analyst
Job Description
As a Labor and Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing weekly payrolls for prevailing wage and union jobs, confirming rate of pay and overtime rules. You will also be tasked with uploading all reports on LCPTracker and/or other required reporting software, as well as supporting documentation as requested by external customers. Additionally, you will assist with audits on prevailing wage and union jobs, provide support for resolving payroll discrepancies related to prevailing wage or union contracts, and collaborate with the HR department to ensure employee records are up-to-date with union and prevailing wages.
Responsibilities
- Review weekly payrolls for prevailing wage and union jobs, confirming rate of pay and overtime rules.
- Upload all reports on LCPTracker and/or any other required reporting software.
- Upload all supporting documentation as requested by external customers.
- Assist with all audits on prevailing wage and union jobs.
- Provide support for resolving any payroll discrepancies related to prevailing wage or union contracts.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure employee records are kept up-to-date with union and prevailing wages.
Essential Skills
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically excel pivot tables.
- Construction, architecture or engineering industry preferred
- Experience with certified payrolls and union employees
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Vista ViewPoint highly preferred
