Job Title: HRIS Analyst


Job Description

  • The HRIS Analyst will oversee critical HR operations such as 401(k) and HSA administration, validate and process HR-related invoices, and generate accurate HR data reports to support decision-making across the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage 401(k) and HSA administration.
  • Validate and process HR-related invoices.
  • Generate accurate HR data reports for decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT departments.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Paycom.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Work Environment

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one day working from home, with the day determined by the company. Enjoy a great company culture and a relaxed work environment while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Compensation:$33.65
