Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Job Description
- The HRIS Analyst will oversee critical HR operations such as 401(k) and HSA administration, validate and process HR-related invoices, and generate accurate HR data reports to support decision-making across the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage 401(k) and HSA administration.
- Validate and process HR-related invoices.
- Generate accurate HR data reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT departments.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Paycom.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Compensation:$33.65
