The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing a variety of clerical tasks, including processing transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Additional Information:
- Part time opportunity M-F 5 hour days.
