Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturingd Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing manufacturing processes and providing engineering support to production teams. This role involves optimizing manufacturing flow, cost, and layout, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support to production teams by addressing questions and requests.
• Offer inputs to design engineering to optimize manufacturing flow, cost, and layout, considering product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
• Generate product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and soliciting observations from operators and technicians.
• Create work instructions in accordance with product requirements and assembly drawings.
• Ensure manufacturing procedures adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Skills

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of previous experience as an aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing engineer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
• Proficiency in CAD tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
