- Reviewing income, assets, and various mortgage loan documents
- Working FHA Streamline loans
- Clearing Conditions
- Processing for final review
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Looking for candidates with basic mortgage knowledge, such as understanding assets, wage income, and loan documents, open to training
- At least 3 years of experience of loan processor or junior underwriting
- Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans)
- Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM
Location:
100% In-office in Plano, TX
