Actalent is looking for a triage medical assistant located in the Plano/Frisco! If you have call center experience or medical receptionist experience, please read below.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Transcribe dictated material, producing an average of at least 138 lines per hour
- Meet established production standards while maintaining an error rate of 3% or less
- Edit reports within the transcription system
- Queue and transcribe all requests for STAT transcription as needed
- Chart transcribed reports once per shift
- Log, print, and maintain transcription reports
- Maintain the HIPPA
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay/benefits:
- $20/hour
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule

Qualifications:
- Call center experience preferred
- Medical receptionist experience
- Willing to do telephonic work

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
