Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
This role provides high-quality customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Customer Service Representative receives and manages inbound inquiries, maintains accurate records, and coordinates work orders and access requests to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and brings strong organizational and computer skills to a structured, on-site setting.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers, employees, and visitors while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
- Perform data entry and update records to ensure information is accurate, complete, and current.
- Create, manage, and track work orders from initiation through completion, ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up.
- Process employee badges and access requests in accordance with established procedures and security guidelines.
- Handle parking reservations, including scheduling, updating, and confirming requests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as routing, scheduling, and coordinating work orders and related activities.
- Use Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions and documentation.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Capability to create and manage work orders and follow established processes.
- Comfort using basic computer functions and software tools.
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Work Environment
This is an on-site position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is offered as a 4-month contract with potential for extension based on work needs and performance. The work environment is structured and office-based, with frequent phone and computer use and regular interaction with customers, employees, and internal teams. You will use basic computer systems and Microsoft Office daily to manage calls, records, work orders, and access requests. The setting emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and consistent, high-quality customer service.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
