Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, with a heavy focus on 480V and 3‑phase electrical systems, including 24V controls, relays, contactors, and circuit tracing.
- Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems, including reading hydraulic prints, troubleshooting circuits, and rebuilding/reassembling hydraulic cylinders and valves.
- Support and repair injection molding and blow molding machinery, applying strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to identify faults and determine effective repair solutions.
- Use basic PLC knowledge (including ladder logic awareness) to assist with equipment troubleshooting and minimize downtime across multiple machine groups.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance safely and effectively, collaborate with the maintenance team, and successfully complete a written technical assessment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
