Maintenance Technician – ($32-$38)
A Shift & C Shift (Day Shifts)
Kick‑start or grow your technical career in a clean, high‑tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. We’re looking for hands‑on Junior Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with industrial systems, and learning from experienced techs—all on day shifts.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping critical chemical and slurry systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your work directly supports high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chemical and slurry distribution systems
- Execute PMs on pumps, filters, valves, panels, and piping systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation/control issues
- Respond to equipment alarms and emergency maintenance calls
- Conduct equipment inspections, part checks, and parameter monitoring
- Support system startups, shutdowns, flushing, and chemical changeovers
- Safely handle chemicals and slurry materials following SOPs, SDS/MSDS, and safety standards
- Replace components such as filters, sensors, and related parts as needed
- Accurately document maintenance activities and complete shift handover reports
- Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and system modifications
- Follow all required safety and compliance procedures, including EHS, PPE, LOTO, and Chemical Safety
What You Bring
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with preventive maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability to troubleshoot 3‑phase electrical systems
- Comfort working in a regulated, safety‑focused environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, high‑tech facility

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
